Joining MedicAlert® As part of our partnership with the medical profession, we insist that applications for membership are endorsed by a Registered Medical Practitioner. It is the clinical detail that they provide, fully protected by the Privacy Act, that paramedics can access through our database available 24 hrs, 365 days each year. Members are issued with a distinctive metal emblem engraved with member's number, emergency telephone number and medical conditions. Also provided is a plastic wallet card providing more detailed personal and medical records. Members may choose from a selection of emblem types. Wrist Emblem, small disc and chain measures approx 20cm Wrist Emblem, large disc and chain measures approx 20cm Neck Pendant and chain,neck chain measures approx 66cm.     Reverse side of all emblems shows emergency phone number, your ID and medical details.
