This Silicone band will fit a wrist size between 14.5cm - 16cm (including the ID). To determine your size, snugly wrap a tape measure around your wrist, the closest to the sizes mentioned on the website will be the best fit for you.

Silicone can be cleaned by immersing in hot water with liquid soap. The silicone band is for everyday use, or where the member has vigorous work, hobby or sporting activities. Note: some medications and acidic skin types can affect its appearance.
