Nearly 18 years ago I had the unfortunate experience of having a Cardiac Arrest ( out of Hospital) With no vital signs for 15 mins, Fortunately my husband and I had recently done a First Aid Refresher Cours with some of our Staff, so my husband and our daughter-in-law were with me and managed to do chest compressions until St Johns arrived to shock me back to life. I immediately ordered a Medic Alert Bracelet to keep me safe, it has made me feel confident, with everything I choose to do.
